Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply select the email mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else.
